Beleive it or not, there are some that follow the Dubai racing for the short time it runs and appreciate the info.

There are plenty of places to get p.p's for the tracks your interested in. Try Brisnet or Whobet...

For you guys that like to gamble on the bent sand racing - remember local Shiekh horses are not drug tested when they win - but foreign horses are drug tested ! hhhmmmmmmmmm !

Anyhow, if you are going to gamble on The UAE 1000 Guineas - here's the excellent - Timeform's runner-by-runner essay guide: -

My Special J's finished runner-up first 2 starts before showing much improved form when winning Debutante Stakes at the Curragh. Beginning to look flattered by that, and well behind Music Chart here last time.

Emotif had just the one start in South Africa last year but achieved quite a high figure in winning a minor event by over 4 lengths at Greyville. More to offer and she is of interest here.

Daar Zayed was trained in America by Eoin Harty, winning a maiden at Presque Isle Downs on the second of her 3 starts. Well behind Music Chart here last time and unlikely to reverse form.

More than Sotka proved consistent for a different yard in France last year, and again gave her running when third to Music Chart last time. Comfortably put in her place, however, and unlikely to reverse form.

Go Angellica won 2 of her first 3 starts last year, including a 4-runner listed race at Salisbury. Below form in better events subsequently and will need to bounce back to even reach a place in this.

Shuruq won her maiden at Kempton last year and showed much improved form when second to Music Chart here last time. Looks more about speed than stamina so will do well to reverse form upped in trip.

Mar Mar took a while to get off the mark, reacting positively to first-time visor when winning at Doncaster in November. Matched that form when fourth to Music Chart last time and frame claims again.

Lovely Pass won on debut and belatedly confirmed that promise when landing a minor event at Ascot on final start when in cheekpieces. Finished ahead of Music Chart that day so clearly merits respect.

Pure Excellence was kept busy last year but improved with her racing, winning 3 times in total including a listed race at Newmarket on final start. Could have more to offer at 1m and a player in this.

Music Chart has won 2 of her 3 starts, wearing down Shuruq here last time when shaping as though she will benefit from a return to 1m. Holds several of these on that running and can improve again herself.

        Timeform 1-2-3
        1. Music Chart
        2. Emotif
        3. Pure Excellence

Timeform view: Music Chart holds several of these having won the trial for this race last time and if anything she has more to offer over this trip so should take plenty of beating once more. Emotif is interesting having won her only start to date, whilst Pure Excellence is another to consider having shown a likeable attitude last year and she will be staying on better than most.

I am only interested when Mick De Kock has a horse on a 2nd time run - 1st time is a tune up - 2nd time the horse sees Meydan - it's on for the money - never bet De Kock's horses 1st time seeing Meydan - save your money for the 2nd time ! That's all I know about this sand racing - apart from the unbalanced way they patrol drug testing - if you know what I mean !

The Apache won his first start in Dubai for De Knock in the Group 2 Al Rashidiya last week.He has been killing it 2nd time though but he sure is high on Emotif who is making first start in Dubai.
