I am leaning toward either
Race 1 #7 ELUSIVE JACKPOT
Seems to be the only speed in the race, Trainer/ Jockey combo have great record in similar situations. Its a short sprint and the horse should be on the lead coming home. Would have to be caught by 3 horses to miss the show here.
Race 5 #2 CAREER STUDENT
My main hesitation is the late runnign style, so much more can happen in a trip coming from the back. But this horse should have more than enough to finish this race strong and in the money. I don't see him being too far off the pace either.Comment -

Several possibilities are playable.
In the second race a case can be made for the consistency of the #6, Beau Royale, six in the money from eight lifetime starts. ( Highest last race speed rating / Drops in class today / Ran 2nd vs tougher (on AW) in last race).
In the sixth race #4, Twelve Folds is another consistent type. ( Switches to a high % jockey / Figures to improve while returning to Dirt/ Best Dirt Speed is fastest among today's starters / Sharp 4F workout (Dec-29).
In the seventh race #3 A Toast to You is another honest runner with a decent race record. ( High % trainer / Finished 3rd in last race / Highest speed figure at today's distance / Best Turf speed is close to the Avg Winning Speed)
In the eighth race #4 Derby Gold has both the credentials and connections to make his presence felt. ( Highest last race speed rating / Drops in class today / 37% trainer: Btn favorite (Baffert).Comment
