Going to try some chase on the Euro leagues.

It's too soon yet, season only starting, but I have an eye on it.

BOL on this one Snowball, I looked at it myself but was afraid when I did the averages - SKA is getting 6.82 GPG. CKSA is good at 4.23 GPG. I think alot will depend on which Bryzgalov shows up. Hope ya hit it mate. Here's a link to watch it live:

I saw the game - it was a great battle with lots of firepower -sorry for your loss. They're both excellent teams.

J've been testing the waters myself - need to get my hockey fix. Which book are you using? I'm just curious because a see a good chance of this one being decided in OT/shootout. Bet 365 grades anything that goes to extra time as a push...

I looked at this match & think that Vikovice is due. Pardubice has been hot lately with both Hemsky & Krejci playing well.

Congrats on the win Snowball!

It was a tight one but they pulled it off. That late penalty really helped seal the deal. I had a great day as well & went 5-1-2 for a 10.25 unit gain. I have a thread I started in early Sept that you can check out to see what I'm playing & feel free to ask me anything - I don't pretend to know everything as Euro-Hockey is a new experiment I just started when the lockout happened, but I am happy to share what I know.

Hey Snowball, this looks interesting. What determines which teams you chase or fade?

I evaluate the two games upcoming as a pair, the first game is only half the equation,
so I usually want at least one home game in the pair, and also consider odds.
Wary of chasing bottom rung teams unless they have lost at least a couple games.
Wary of fading elite teams until they have won a couple games and face a mediocre opponent.
