Note: The lines I have listed were the current lines at the time of my post and may not reflect the final lines used to determine wins & losses, or line changes later in the day. Get proper line if different than the one I have posted, based on the criteria that I have listed below.

Do not place any wagers on teams unless you are sure your team is the dog or favorite. The team underlined and highlighted blue is the team we are betting on, regardless of v1 or v2. If you play the closer line games too early, you may be overpaying for a loss if you play the P/L and should have been on the M/L, or lose a game that you would have won had you been on the (M/L) instead of the (+1½). We will always play the M/L if the team we are betting on is the M/L favorite or in games when the line is (-110/-110) or (-105/-105), and always play the (+1½) if the team we are betting on is a M/L dog. ALL results will be based on this principle. If it is a close line game, you may want to wait til closer to game time to place your wager so you know whether or not we are on the (+1½) or the (M/L). You may need to buy the alternate line (+1½) on occasion if the M/L dog team we are betting on is the (-1½) team with your individual book. All lines and standings are based on FINAL lines from ScoresandOdds.com/. If one of the teams we are playing switches from a favorite to a dog, or vice versa, after my initial post, make sure you get the appropriate line if it differs from what I have posted. The wins and losses will be based on who is the M/L dog team on ScoresandOdds.com/ final lines.

I just looked at the line movements on vegasinsider.com website and I'd say its safe the bet will stay at +1.5.
I'd be super surprised if Canucks become favorites.

Agree, looks like it's going to be a puckline play.

Take note everyone, Chicago is now the favorite on many books. Take your time to see how things shake out and always remember the first rule of Wallco NHL Fight Club:

Actually, they are still the dog on the one that counts. But very good advice anyway.

Looks like it closed with Chicago as the dog. I'm actually glad as I feel better with that 1.5 added to my score right now. Enjoy the game.

I find today's game pretty interesting. We basically want Detroit to win by one point. Very doable for sure. The odd makers have Detroit as only a slight favorite, so a close score with Detroit barely winning sure is possible in this matchup.

                                                          Enjoy the game everyone.

God darn empty net. Was afraid that was going to happen. O well, nearly got both.

Some strange lines on the Montreal (M/L) @ Colorado game. Montreal is the favorite but on the puck line they are also the favorite. (+1.5 @-300). Mostly that gets switched around and it would be -1.5.

Think I'll wait closer to game time and look at scoresandodds to determine if we got PL or ML on this game.

                                                                Hi Wallco

I got a question that I think no one asked so far (and I am surprised no one did).
As always the most important when you follow a system is to catch the best odds, hence my question: you say "The wins and losses will be based on who is the M/L dog team onScoresandOdds.com/ final lines."
I get that...but do you manage to beat these finals lines (or at least match them) if you bet these plays for real? If yes that's a very interesting system.
                                                                Thanks.

Sometimes you get a better line and other times it's worse just depending on line movement and time of day.

However, we all bet at different times of the day and individually we might do better or worse than the final line. The important thing is that if the bettor's bet does not win, but the official line does win, then the bettor should stop and accept his loss. Conversely, if the official result is a loss but the bettor gets a win, then he stops with his win, and the system goes forward onto the next bet. As a result, the bettor's profit/loss record will vary with the official record.
