BUFFALO@TORONTO - Call me a homer but I love the Leaf's lineup tonight. They are putting their top 2 lines on and with James Reimer looking to bounce back we are going to have a great effort from the Leafs. Ron Willson is also playing a capable Leafs defense consisting of Aulie-Phaneuf, Liles-Schenn, Lashoff-Gysbers, Blacker. Buffalo does play well at the ACC in Toronto so look for them to pot a few as well but overall I am taking the Leafs.

NASHVILLE@CAROLINA - Nashville has been scoring very well this pre season. Carolina is still tinkering with their lineup and I believe a high scoring game with Nash coming out on top.

Thanks guys, Buffalo def a solid lineup but the Leaf's are good with Miller, also I am hoping Connolly will let every Leaf know his former team mates small little weaknesses that the video analysts missed. Small capping stuff but hey you gotta take every little edge you can!

Yeah was a rough night indeed. Miller did make 4-5 huge saves. I am dissapointed in Wash and Col, they had the lead and both blew it.

Nashville won, but missed by 1 goal the totals and the parlay. If Nash got an empty netter that would be +6 Units right there. It's amazing how one goal can change a whole night. I apoligize for those who lost money.

I am going to hold off my picks from now on until the regular season. Juggling lineups in the pre season or shifts when your winning would be a huge no no in the regular season, but in pre season the coaches don't care about wins, just about seeing how different players and systems work together and it really throws off results.

I made a 2 game MLB parlay with TB and LAA because both were a few games out of wild card playing non playoff teams, TB had Shields pitching and LAA had Weaver and they both lost. Those are losses you shake your head but not much you can do but keep grinding it out.
