I think Pittsburg is going to be a team to watch early in the season. They look really good and we undervalued tonight. I have a feeling this might continue for awhile.

Yup shotty goaltending cost us tonight. That's why I prefer overs in general. Lou let in two brutal goals and Fleury one as well so very easily could have been a 2-1, 3-1 final. That's just the way she goes sometimes

Bylsma's a great coach. He kept the Pens going strong even without Malkin and Crosby for most of last year.

Thanks for staying positive boys we will get it back tomorrow.

I am passing on the two early games. I wanna wait and see how the first couple overseas games go to get a feel of the arena, etc.

I have scouted a bit and I'll be making a couple plays from the TB/CAR and CHI/DAL games tomorrow.

Yeah man they looked fcukin terrible until the 3rd where they were lucky to salvage a point. Lou was not good at all. I seriously hope he breaks his leg so Schneider takes over

Do you follow public bets on thespread.com ? Im gonna start following how often the poublic play loses when public is on 70 percent. You are on Chi which is Public but Dallas does suck.

Haha unreal. Every time I diss Neuvirth he burns me. Maybe the Caps will be splitting starts early on.

Most of my bets will probably be pretty public this year. I honestly don't think public % and line movement matters much in hockey as it does in football
and basketball. Hockey can be a very random game.

Just look at the Canucks game
yesterday. Line opened at 5.5 (+100) and closed around -140 for the under but the over still hit. Theres just a lot of
parity in the league and top teams can lose to POS teams on any given night, so I think Vegas realizes there's no point trying to rig the games. I never base a play strictly on public betting and/or fading them. I cap based on gut, motivational factors and past results.

If you wanna keep track go for it and if the stats come out one sided maybe the NHL is slightly rigged after all

Blackhawks should go over to. I think i might chase each period on the TB game. If the first period dosnt go over 1.5 i will double up on the 2nd and then 3rd. One of them will surely hit IMO. Good luck

Yup I like Hawks game over and Hawks TT as well. Woulda just played their TT but the price is kinda steep at -145.

Yeah the total is at 6 for a reason in Carolina at least a couple periods should go over.

The Hawks are without Viktor Stalberg, Dave Bolland, and Ben Smith tonight. I still think they should win, but way to costly for me now. Kicking myself for not taking them at +105. I try to avoid playing my favorite teams (if its Chicago and not the Cubs its my favorite), but that is a good price. Not as off as Pitt v Canucks (no offense Nucks fans) but still off.

I still think the Hawks win this. The Hawks may be undervalued for a bit, I think they should be pretty good this year. I am usually very rational with my teams, so I don't think this is a homer pick. When they sucked last year I said it. And I can admit Kane can be a jackass sometimes and needs to mature and stop partying so much, some Hawks fans act like the guy is an angel who is just being picked on.
