Well, one parlay hit for 245, so I broke even....1-1 tonight, and 7-1 in the playoffs.....I will be back tomorrow WITH VENGEANCE!!! too bad nashville does not have a chance to comeback....but I do....the worst part is I let someone down tonight....that will hurt more then the" L" in the win/loss column...im now 7-1 with my" lock" plays in the playoffs. By default, I've been playing the over in the Western playoff games, and the under in the Eastern playoff games.

Guess how it's going so far:

EAST:

NYR/WAS 2-1-1
BUF/PHI 2-2-0
MTL/BOS 2-1-0

Total 7-5-3

WEST:

CHI/VAN 2-1-1
LA/SJ 1-1-1

Total 10-2-3

Overall 17-7-6

The 6 pushes drop out, and that's +10 overall. Now, before you go saying, "yeah, but you didn't factor in the juice or the units..."

Consider that the average odds on the over-unders for all the series have ranged from approx. 1.80 to 2.10 (note, I said average), and that some of the wins on both sides have been at even or plus money.

It's a wash boys - my account tells me that's basically the case.

Not saying this continues into the next round, but I'll ride that system for the rest of round one, and it doesn't take a crystal ball to figure it out.

The better goaltenders are in the East, period. The better offenses are in the West.

Predictions for tomorrow...(lines from Intertops.com)

MTL/BOS under 5 @ 1.91
CHI/VAN over 5.5 @ 2.00
SJ/LA over 5 @ 1.80

As for the sides, I wouldn't touch the MTL/BOS game. Vancouver got embarrassed, so they'll close this one out tomorrow. LA has no chance to recover from what happened to them Tuesday night. SJ wins the next two.

, should've got on it earlier at PK. I have no idea how this line will move, but i'm guessing it wont get better than a -2. I personally hate laying juice so I'm trying to find another leg ( probably a high ML fav

) to kill the juice. IF you dont want to have a high ML fav, then u can play memphis individually at ML or -2.

It is a pitty that there wont be anymore easy money on the Pho/Det overs. I would stay way from Bruins/Mtl under, though Thomas with an extra day and Bruins looking to minimize mistakes it could hit. I like the over in Chi/Van, but going to play it at 5, much safer bet IMO and play of the day.

May a little down on Bruins to win in regulation and Sharks/Kings over as well.

Yep...I was lucky enough not to bet anything tonight, and for a good reason....I have 2 plays in the "lock category" which i would play in the parlay. Didnt like the matchups tonight, but on saturday we have A LOT BETTER card to choose from....SO WITH 7-1 "LOCK" RECORD, IM PUTTING DOWN 2 PLAYS... I would recommend parlaying them to wipe away favoring odds:

1.WASHINGTON(ML)(-190) VS. RANGERS

(last game should be an indicator for a momentum shift favoring the Caps....After a tough battle in the previous 3 games with rangers getting close in the series 2-1, they had a chance to tie the series 2-2 going into game 4, and where well on their way to do so, going up on the Capitals 3-0 heading into 3rd, just to see Washington storm back to tie, and eventually win in the double OT....falling instead to a 1-3 series deficit...A game like that vs one of the best teams in the league does 2 things: one, it completely destroys and demorolizes the losing team, and two: it opens a door for a veteran squad to go in and shut the door on a struggling Rangers. Which is EXACTLY what is going to happen. Washington does not want to repeat the experment of going down 3-0. They will be playing upbeat and with a lot of energy and momentum. A loss by Rangers have pretty much destroyd their chances for any kind of come back.

2. SAN JOSE(ML) VS LA KINGS(-220)

The sharks understand if they are to contend for the cup this year they need to prove it at home by closing their rivals door shut...After lasts game (6-3) performance, they have the confidence AND history on their sides. Sharks is one of few elite teams in NHL( which include Detroit, Washington and Pittsburgh) that know how to close a team out, they have done so in over 80% of their games being up 3-1 in the series.

i also have a very good feeling on
1.Pittsburgh to close out the Lightning( with Kunitz back from the suspension, Pitt gets a much needed jolt in the offense department, plus a chance to have a solid week to heal and get some ppl healthy and rested for the playoff run. They really need to get healthier or they will not go far in the playoffs, and this game at home is exactly what the doctor ordered
2.over 5 in Pitt game( Tampa will play desperate, and the Penguins are going to get Kunitz back....At 5 its a push at the minimum...
3.Boston(ml) vs Habs(i dunno, its a bout time Bruins win one at home, dont ya think?

I have a very good feeling on my picks today i will play my "locks" heavier, parlaying them both, and individually with Pitt in one and Boston in another, and maybe an over play as well....BOL EVERYONE!!!!

what do you think on the over in the rangers game? Im thinking they may really play hard just like they did last game and the last game of the regular season when they needed that win?Keeping an eye on your other plays as well i really want to play the Sharks over and TT over tomorrow as well but have to look into it more.
