i think it is much AT ALL! You might have to pass inspection/maybe pay some property tax, but im certain, the majority of real estate in Chernobyl is off the grid, literaly meaningf you go and move in wherever you like. Was liking Detroit -.5 at +163, but think I will go with Detroit even and over +110 parlay for a nice +320 if it hits.

Thinking my other play may be Detroit over 2.5 -120 parlay with Buffalo over 2.5 -150 paying out at +205. I wish I could find Buffalo over 2.5 at a better number somewhere, may still have to play that one on it's own.

two games today, monday...Im going to concentrate my bets around these two plays:
1.DETROIT(ML)(+100) hard to bet against Detroit in this spot. They are 19-4 in the third games after going up 2-0 in the series, All-time.
2.OVER 5.5 PHILLY@BUFFALO(+115)(both these teams are awakened after last games 5-4 flyer win....This one is also going to be close. i favor Sabres at home, but Philly will play inspired hockey, for sure)
Other leans:
1.Over 5.5 in Detroit@Phoenix(+110)
2.under 5 Boston@Montreal(+100)
3. Boston(ml)(-115)
4.Buffalo(-0.5)(+145)

Like them both, but for the Sabres I just played them to be over 2.5 -130. May also go with Detroit over 2.5 at -120. I think if Detroit scores 2 or less they don't win this, so the over 2.5 makes more sense for me, if that makes sense.

Last year was the same situation.. I believe Detroit won first 2 at home and went back to Phoenix and
lost the first game over there.. It's a must win game for Phoenix .Just like the Rangers yesterday..be careful laying allot of doe...

Ohhh...that was you?? Awesome web site.. I used it today and went 2-0 in the evening in MLB..Thanks brotha. I actually ended up playing BJays instead of over after a long long debate with myself. I thought Romero would step up..but he didn't. Because of your website I was able to make half of it back in Detroit and KC Over in MLB. I actually saw that Detroit batters had a great batting average against Vargas and they won 8-3.. And in KC/Cleveland game both teams had good BA against pitcher and it went over..(in the 10th inning), but fack it win is a win like you said.

Good job, glad your back Kgb thought u abandoned the site! I didnt tail all the plays but hit on Detroit ML , Detroit PL , Detroit over 2.5 , the Over for the game, and a parlay with the ML/OVER. All those hits on that 1 game was ridiculous and i hit the Over on buffalo thanks to you. Only game i lost was the over on the tampa bay team total but the wins farrrr outweigh the loss. Won alot of $$ tonight! You work is always appreciated buddy.
