Would it be of any help if we cried? I am still thinking about that game, but don´t know. First, the Preds are not a dog. In fact, they are favored way too much for a road team, even though they´re playing "the" Oilers. And the Oilers can be tough at home. I put them on my no bet list back in early November, and ever since then, whenever I go against them, I get screwed. Fortunately I don´t bet favs and they are dogs most of the time, so it does not happen very often.

I definitely will play something, as it´s the only hockey game for tonight and I wanna watch it. But still have no clue what it´s gonna be. Maybe some totals... also thought about the Preds pl, but as I say... I "fear" Edmonton.

Based on the stats, over looks like a good play. Thought about it too. But I´m not gonna play anything at - money... I´m too thrifty

i try to watch what happens to the line and base it on that, certain teams i just have no faith in, in any situation

I don´t think the line movement is that important in hockey. Sometimes, it can indicate the right direction, but not often enough to base your strategy on it. Just my opinion, of course...

Edmonton is terrible. I think I bet on them once this season...one time to many haha. Since I've gone to 1 and 2 plays a day, hockey has been much kinder to me...which was my strategy in the first place, and I went away from it.

So what do you do when you like 3 or more matches equally? Well, I don´t know what makes a thread successfull, if it´s the number of views or what. But I would like to see more people contribute here and have their say, instead of just checking out.

Every single bet I thought about in this game was wrong. Edmonton ml wrong, Nashville pl wrong, over wrong. On a nights like this, staying away is the greatest victory

Dallas is a difficult team to gauge this year. When they show up they are capable of good upsets, they do not always show up though. BOL!!

i like the rangers tonight. should they really be such a huge dog v. washington? the price on the capitals ml is too high, so if you play them, it has to be on the pl, which everyone will hit. this is a nice price on the rangers, imo, and should be played.

i like the preds, but i get killed playing teams on a b2b, so i'll probably stay away from that.

boston is not a bad play, but the kings win 60% at home.

I like the Rangers as well. The Caps line can not be justified by a revenge factor for the 7:0 loss to the Rangers earlier, nor by the fact that they are The Caps. I have little respect for them this year. The Rangers seem like a solid play.
I also like St. Louis quite a bit, but it´s been very inconsistent team lately to say the least. But the same can be said of Colorado, so I see the chances there are 50:50, despite Colorado beating the Blues in 7 of their last 10.
As for Dallas, it looks tasty, but I don´t think Vancouver will want to lose another game. But I´ll give it yet another thought later.
I like Nashville, but as teecee said, they are back to back. Also thought about Toronto, BUT... you all know

I initially like the rags until i saw that lundy is on the bench tonight for a starting biron... game is a no bet for me. Going back and forth on both Dallas, Nashville and Boston. Betting against calgary at home against a team on a b2b still stinging a little bit after they took out Dallas 7-4, making me rather hesitant with Nashville. Dallas will be looking to bounce back from their 7-4 loss but the nucks will also be looking to end their skid. Kings play has not been inspiring at all lately, which makes me like Boston even more, but they are no longer at +money.

May just need to take the day off.

I didn't post yesterday but I helped myself to some of that Nashville and they stumbled over the line in the SO which was a relief!

Anyway as for dogs I only really like the Preds again. Only like 1 unit 'cos back to back but at + money it's real good value as Calgary isn't a particularly hard place to go this season to be honest.

I am considering two favourites which will be posted in my thread soon for those interested.

Don´t know if it´s a trap, but over 5.5 in the Rangers game was at + 115, so I jumped on it for a unit. I don´t do totals much, so we´ll see...
