Try flat betting, because you simply can't know if a big or a small play will hit. If you knew you would only play big plays ofcourse.
Good luck my friend

Interesting point. I have often wondered the same thing as I have tracked numerous touts in different sports who put values on their picks.
Does this not add just one more chance to be wrong? It is tough enough to pick consistent winners. But when you then put 1 star, 2 star, 3 star, etc values your picks aren't you adding another chance to be wrong?
Not only must you pick a winner but you then must also get the value correct.
I do not understand how this is good. I am open to someone helping me understand this.
BTW does anyone have records of DG's 3X or 2X games?

Maybe I will add them up one day but no you're right I seem to do better a lot of the time with just 1 unit plays on all. But I mean it makes sense to bet more on "strong plays" still I think. They make or break your night though which makes it tough to turn a profit on a day you miss those plays.

"strong plays" don't mean anything, they can also not hit. Its completely no garantuee that a strong play will hit more of the times then a weaker play. Otherhwise you would only play stronger plays instead of weaker plays.
Just for example yesterda, Dallas fukked up, Boston fukked up etc., they would be "stronger plays"
Btw, just trying to help you mate, you know im not a hater

Yup i know man. I can deal with criticism as long as it is constructive
I will still continue to bet plays I really like for 2+ units as the year progresses but will prob slow down a bit for the next week or so.

Ive been burned like sick last few days. Today I put some decent amount on some danish hockey (I'm danish). Classmate plays on one of the teams and said that the other team would win, and probably big. - not only are they a much better team, but they were playing for something. I bet them regulation, they won in OT.
If I don't win tonight I am probaly going to stay off for quite some time! What are u betting tonight m8? Im liking ducks ML, Flames -0,5, Philly ML.

u should kick the shit out of ur classmate that he didnt allow them to win in regulartime, he could have made a penalty shot and whatever

Worst part about it is the other team is really really good and regulation was only 1,53. Yeah, Sabres - Leafs O5.5 should be good. Kinda liking the under 5 in Devils - Canes even though I really haven't been hot picking unders. I could def see flames PL if dallas is as pathetic as last night.

So why do way more people prefer watching paint dry than watching good ol' american football?
American football has one good thing, though. It still manages to be better than baseball.

spent the summer in europe watching that tournament from a european perspective. absolutely loved every minute. the games, they hype, the controversy, the fans. i dont know how you can compare it to watching paint dry...if you have ever sat and watched paint dry you might not make such a poor analogy. it is about getting involved. every sport can look boring if you dont care about it. the nfl ratings will drop enormously next year if there are replacement players, fans will consider THAT boring.

I was thinking by myself, isn't it better for the long run to just take a team on handicap (-1.5) instead of taking them in regulation. How many times does it occur that they make a empty netter and how many times does it occur that a game finishes with 1 goal difference. Most of the handicap odds are around 2,8 to 3 or more. . Maybe stupid sugestion but might be worth to research this.

"Soccer" or football as you Euros call it really does make more sense being called Football. As for "football" in North America it really isn't a fitting name as only two players on each team kick the ball Doesn't really make sense if you think about it but to us North Americans it will always be known as soccer to most of us

Wednesday Plays
CBJ (+106)
FLA (+118)
CHI -0.5 (-108)
MIN/CHI Over 1.5 (1st) (+103)
PIT (+110)
DAL/CAL Over 1.5 (1st) (+103)
WAS (-101)
Decided to do some small ball tonight with a lot of good value plays. I think CBJ and FLA are both good home dogs worth a shot and I think at least one of them wins, hopefully both. GL tonight all
