-1.5 means PIT Penguins (in this example) has to win by 2 goals, and 1X2 must win in Regulation!

AdaBarber, if you are trying to get into hockey, and make up your own mind on picks every night you must know about the game, watch all games you bet if possible, and follow the teams. Ride a winning or a losing streak. A lot of cappers only pick the best teams to win and they will often pay whatever juice is involved. If you get into the habit of doing this you can kiss your entire sports betting bankroll goodbye. Right now it's too early to say Detroit or any other team is a lock, all teams want to win a game but if you do like them so so much, go for it - take them in Regulation, and follow up on them if they dissapoint. ATL Thrashers have a good record against LA Kings and I don't think the odds are right on this one, they might pull something off tonight. I will post something, that might suprise you but you can always take it in consideration:

Thanks a lot for the heads up. That was very relevant. I have been reading up on all the teams as far as who was lost and acquired. I also know that shifts are important. I don't know if my site allows regulation only. I thought this was disposed because of the shootouts. I will try my best to follow more! Once again thanks.

Is it okay to ask why u chose a certain pick?

Oh and I do have the juice down. Most of the time it isn't worth it unless you are on the ML underdog.
