I spread it out on 3 different books so it is gonna be around $3000 with $2000 on Pinny, $500 on bwin and Bookmaker.

Coach Martin knows they'll lose tomorrow anyhow so he prefer to keep the "light" mental of Price intact. MTL team isn't ready for battle right now, they need few games to get their offense on the track.
If it's really the case, I wouldn't be surprise by this choice.

CLERMONT, Que. - Canadiens goaltender Carey Price(notes) has the flu and is doubtful for Montreal's regular-season opener Thursday night against the Maple Leafs in Toronto.

Price and injured defenseman Andrei Markov(notes), who is also sick, did not take part in practice Wednesday.

Backup netminder Alex Auld(notes) is expected to play if Price is unavailable. The club has yet to decide whether to call up Curtis Sanford(notes) from AHL Hamilton as a backup.

Wrong, Price's got a bad cold, markov has well is questionnable for tommorow...

Milan Hejduk (back) wore a non-contact jersey during Tuesday's practice.
Hejduk is questionable for Colorado's season opener on Thursday. He was limited to just 56 games last season due to injuries.

Sidney Crosby (hip flexor) and Brooks Orpik (groin) participated in team practice on Monday.
Both of them sat out the team's final two preseason games over the weekend, but coach Dan Bylsma expects them to play in Thursday's regular-season opener against Philadelphia.

Yes and no as this is a "forced" choice.

I heard about the flu few hours later also but I stay on my saying, MTL isn't ready, Leafs should get the opening game. Depending of the line-up, I wouldn't be surprise to see a good 4th forechecking line for MTL. High scoring game as well, Over 5.5.
But let's leave the picks to "the Man".

Cammalleri, Markov and Hamrlik are all out for tomorrow.

Price is doubtful, I'd say there's a fairly good chance that we see Alex Auld in the opener. The over 5.5 looks decent to me... but I'll probably end up holding off for that one.

Thanks sir. I am going over some futures tonight and should have them posted late tonight or tomorrow morning. I like that Canucks prop but my favorite on them I will likely be doing is the Nucks to win the Northwest at -204

Vancouver Canucks to Win Northwest Division (-203) Pinnacle $406 to win $200
San Jose Sharks to Win Pacific Division (+112) Pinnacle $100 to win $112
Vancouver Canucks to Win Stanley Cup (+1000) bwin $50 to win $500

That's it for futures. Obviously had to get some Canucks bets in. I really like them to win the Northwest Division though. The Flames aren't an elite team like they used to be and the Avs are still growing up, I don't think they're ready to win the division quite yet. Other than that the Sharks are in a similar situation as the Kings are still young and improving.

Will have some plays for tomorrow up by early afternoon tomorrow. Hockey is finally upon us!
