todays kentucky oaks(churchill-race 11-for those playing along at home) play will be a trifecta with the 5 winning over the 7/8/11/13 picking up the 2nd and 3rd spot spoils. dollar tri ticket would run $12
so after the 3 or 4 cpt and cokes from last night wore off ive taken another look at todays mlb card and heres what i like:

im hearing rain for the Derby tomorrow so my list of mudders include: #4 supersaver, #11 devil may care, #14 mission impazible and the #18 backtalk.
turns out out i also placed a $2 trifecta wager in the sbr racebook for the kentucky oaks that hit(~400 pts). think i might cash in for a $100 free play at bet phoenix or a $50 cash play. any opinions which is better? both have a 8x rollover which quite honestly is a pipe dream at this point....Comment -

my single selection for tomorrow is the under in the mets/Phils game. ill probably skip the parlay maddness in lue of derby insanity.
already circled in my program (after looking at it for most of the Phils game) are:
#2 ice box- won the florida derby at odds of 21 to 1 from the 8 hole and won about a half mil in 2010 already. and i like anything "ice"; "ice" hockey, "ice" fishing, "ice" cream it wouldnt be the first time i picked a winner using the "i like that name" angle.
#4 super saver-calvin borel driving this runner up in the arkansas derby. if you like using the jockey angle you gotta be on this one....
#5 line of david-winner of three in a row including the arkansas derby just mentioned. earned $656k this year so far. you could easily be putting a 1 in front of that by sundown tomorrow.
#6 stately victor-burned up the bluegrass mile and an eigth in 1:48.3 at odds of 40 to1. if this one likes kentucky like i think he might like kentucky, look the hell out.
#13 jackson bend-took 2nd in the wood memorial at aqueduct behind everyones favorite scratch this year: eskenderey. well, he finished more than 9 lengths back in the wood mem and calvin opted to ride super saver but please dont ignore him hitting the board in every one of his starts since last year. im tagging this one for underneath in the exotics along with dublin
#20-sidneys candy-hate the name, love the tear he's currently on. 3 w's in a row topped off with a grade 1 stakes win in the santa anita derby on april 3rd. smoked em in 1:48 flat. thats "bookin'" folks... guess i should mention lookin at lucky finished 3rd in that same race behind sidneys candy by 6 lengths.
yes i have lookin at lucky at 7/1 from a wager i placed in february but the more i look at the pp sheet(not real hot at the moment and drawing the inside post in a 20 horse field), the less i like lucky. i may be putting lucky in the place position(2nd) under a few runners listed above for my exacta and trifecta wagers.

Have been in good form all year playing against an absolute s*** DC United team that got rid of the majority of their talent in the off season. On top of that, since NY is away, they are going at a decent price... +165. Further, you got the already underperforming backline of DC riddled with injuries. Looking to NY and Angel to run rampant behind DC's defenders.
