brodeur vs miller? i see a few goals being scored off the huge rebounds martin is famous for as well as a few cheapies miller will allow.
canada may win by 1 if they dont lose outright so that 1/2 a point has me leaning towards the US(+1.5) Bring it on biznitches we play together all the time, this will be fun to watch!

the big risk here is if the US is down by a goal they will pull thier goalie to get the draw, as goal diff wont matter if the lose....

I live in Buffalo and you better plan on Miller giving up at least one softy at some point in the game. Although I know Canada hasn't been overly impressive so far, I am hard pressed to find any real advantage that the USA has over them. USA is undersized and I think Canada takes advantage of that today.

I like Canada -1.5 here for a couple of reasons. First of all, they will be used to the way USA is playing. That might in turn lead to them being able to show their full potential. Secondly I think USA is getting too much respect because of their goalie, a goalie is truly dependent on his defense, and that is almost what creates his numbers (there is a reason why teams like NJ and MIN always have good numbers on goalies). Miller is probably having a great D in front of him in Buffalo this year. Third, USA have a lot of young stars that people know, does that make them a good team? Not really.

My biggest concern is that this is not a knockout game. That might make this game close.
