You know that Vegas and Colorado are just itching to get back to playing again. Will it be a low scoring game where they are feeling each other out or will they come out gangbusters and score 6 in the first. I will take the upset in game one. 6-5 Vegas.

The total was 6 at William Hill which surprised me. Thought it would be higher.
I bought it down to 5.5. Now, I just hope for the best.

Carolina tried to come back but they just couldn't keep their shots on net nor the puck on their sticks. Then they looked plum tuckered out in the 3rd.

Carolina never gave up and kept pushing and once they got it to 4-2 right after Caufield hit the post which could have made it 5-1, they had so many great scoring chances and the momentum, but couldn't get that 3rd one to get within q goal. Game 3 in Montreal should be insane. Must see TV. The first 10 minutes is going to be extra special me thinks. Being honest, I think Carolina has been the better team in both games but Montreal almost upset them twice at home losing in OT last time out. I am hoping the Canadiens win this one at home. 5-4 Habs.

I'd say this is a must win for Montreal. They have been drastically outshot the last 2 games and yet, they lost game 2 in OT and were literally 2 inches from being onside for the go ahead goal in game 3. I am betting they figure out the lack of shot on goal and tie this series up at 2. Habs 4-3

Carolina had the puck possession for the whole first 10 minutes of the 3rd period. Torts has not had to even coach that team. When called on to make a decision, he made none.. Nothing.. Zilch.... ''HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED A TIME OUT''..
It's true Scissons messed up bad on the first two Carolina goals and the Knights were lucky Slavin knocked the puck in his own net to tie the game with a minute left..
Then Torts challenges and gives the Canes a power play and not only that...!!!!!!!!! With 3 minutes left and on a power play losing by one goal, he does not pull the goalie at that point...
Tortorella was brutal the one time he needed to be the coach ... Hollywood Torts failed...Comment -

Heading into the Finals I was thinking Carolina wins the Cup. Now, I think Vegas will. I think the storyline will be Marner leaves the Leafs and wins a Cup and he get the MVP.

I wasn't excited about this Cup final with these 2 teams but it's turned out to be an awesome series so far and we could get 3 more after tonight. Canes spotted Vegas a 4-0 lead and scored 4 in the 3rd only to lose it OT. Epic game.
Game 4 should be more of the same. Will Carolina make a change in net? Can the Captain Stall lead them to a win? I think so. I am betting they do. 4-3 Canes.
