Congrats on Montreal win last night. Cudo's to their young goaltender.

How the f**k can you possibly handicap either of these 2 conference finals' game one's?

You know that Vegas and Colorado are just itching to get back to playing again. Will it be a low scoring game where they are feeling each other out or will they come out gangbusters and score 6 in the first. I will take the upset in game one. 6-5 Vegas.

        Vegas Golden Knights ML+170
TOTAL o6-128 (Vegas Golden Knights vrs Colorado Avalanche

It seems like Carolina hasn't played in weeks after sweeping Ottawa and Philly. I will take a shot that they are a little rusty and the Canadiens win game one. Habs 4 Canes 3

        Montreal Canadiens ML+163
TOTAL o6-105 (Montreal Canadiens vrs Carolina Hurricanes)

The total was 6 at William Hill which surprised me. Thought it would be higher.

I bought it down to 5.5. Now, I just hope for the best.

Presidents trophy winners have not won a cup since Detroit in (i think) 1996 or so.

            Best interview ever:

Jackie Redmond asked Rod Brindimore what he thought of the 1 st period and Montreal's offense last night... He looked at her and said, '' I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT WAS ''. Then he talked about Montreals speed and Carolina having so much time off and out of step...

Rod and his team were caught totally off guard. My Goodness.. Superb game and goaltending by the hungry Canadians..

Carolina tried to come back but they just couldn't keep their shots on net nor the puck on their sticks. Then they looked plum tuckered out in the 3rd.

            Sergechev makes too many mistakes.

Carolina never gave up and kept pushing and once they got it to 4-2 right after Caufield hit the post which could have made it 5-1, they had so many great scoring chances and the momentum, but couldn't get that 3rd one to get within q goal. If they did, I think they would have tied it up. We'll never know.

The dogs are barking in the Conference finals. 3 in a row of +175 or greater.. ''Great Tri-fecta...''

I think a ''Super-fecta'' would be even better...

I think Colorado has to win a game somewhere. But not tonight. Knights at plus money (at home) is always a ''pick'' for me.

Montreal managed to score two goals on almost as many shots last night. Cudos to Montreal Goalie. He was spectacular in the loss and almost stole the game..
