i think before tonight minnesota was 6-1 in the last 7 games. i cold be mistaken but being a penguins fan, i remember the pens losing quite a few against minny. tonight was no exception. Penguins just dont have the will to win

I'm a Pens fan too. They're giving up too many odd-man chances and Fleury has been off. I was just referring to the fact that it's probably (and I'm just guessing) taken 9 years to play 7 games between these two clubs because of the League's scheduling. Totally different team(s) for the bulk of the losses, although the result was the same.

true, they only play once a year or so. however we haven't beaten Minny in ages. I am talking about the Crosby era team.

Honestly I think Penguins lack drive this year. they started out strong but then just hit a slump and it seems like players don't really care too much. It could be because they are feeling fatigue from playing so many games in the last 12 month. THey are young guys and they already achieved everything that a hockey player can, ie winning the Cup. THis season they are just enjoying the good life. No necessity of putting it all on the line this year. maybe next year.

Why not? I am enjoying this, and am learning more about a sport that I really loe to watch, especially on Direct T.V's NHL station. NHL on the Fly is a great program. You get to see all the highlights, listen to commentary of the local announcers, and get a much broader picture of the NHL. Thanks guys for your support. As a complete and total newby in this sport, it is greatly appreciated.

Chicago is rested, and Ottawa just traveled back north after a game last night in Boston. I expect this score to be somewhere in the range of 4-1 or 5-2 Blackhawks.
