I have not added anyone new to the standings. I've actually gotten rid of a few people from the standings (inactivity, poor record, etc).

If anyone wants to be added to the standings, they need to have a record of all their plays, to be publicly accessed. You will also need to keep a record of your posts in this thread (record, total profit, post numbers).
