As long as DAL/ANH don't score 7 in the last 2 periods the salami is under again, that's quite a lot of unders in the last week or so...

Well today for the grand salami I am really liking the under 65.5 goals.

Here's why:
There are 11 games on the schedule which would need exactly 6 goals per game to hit the over. There are a handful of games tonight that are likely to go under 6 in my opinion and they are:

Calgary@New Jersey
Toronto@NewYorkIsles
Edmonton@Montreal
Phoenix@Detroit
Dallas@StLouis

I feel pretty safe with the under tonight.

Absolutely SS, I'm on the under this eve as well. I can see BUF/PHI, NYI/TOR, FLA/PIT, and ATL/COL goin over tonight, but not nearly enough to make up for the 6 gpg average needed tonight. Good luck all!

Hey Whip, glad we cashed it lastnight

Well this morning I told myself if they set it at 16.5 that I'm betting OVER. If it was 18.5 or so I would consider the UNDER but that's not the case.

I see all 3 games hitting 5 goals tonight. With a predicted 15 goals that doesn't leave me much space or odds of hitting the UNDER tonight.

Here's what I see for tonight's scores:
Tampa 3 Ottawa 4
Carolina 2 Chicago 4
Vancouver 3 Anaheim 2

With these scores the total hits 18 and beats the spread.

So this is my take on tonights action!

Yeah, I figured tonight would be probably one of the hardest. Most of these teams can have a very strong offensive game when they get down to it, and hopefully that happens tonight

TB has 6 overs, 4 under in last 10. They also have most goals against in the league.
Ottawa has 7 overs, 3 unders in last 10. Ottawa has scored 2nd least in league, btu at home with new coach they have been looking sharp. Foligno for 2 goals tonight! (Sorry, hometown team

Caroline has 7 overs, 3 unders in last 10. They also been on fire since Eric Cole and Staal have been brought together again.
Chicago has been rolling right along, 6 over and 4 unders last 10.
I think you're right on with the score, maybe even a goal or two more hopefully =).

Van and Ana are a tough one.
Van has 4 overs, 6 unders last 10.
Ana has 6 overs, 4 unders last 10.
Also, their head to heads this year have been crazy. First was a 7-6 shootout win and second a 4-3 close game.
Pretty close SS, somewhere around 3-2 or 4-3.

So yup, looks like taking over tonight may be a better bet!

Wow, coming down to the wire tonight boys! Need two more goals in the VAN/ANA game, 3-2 with 5 mins left in the 2nd period.... if VAN gets a goal it`s automatic, as someone needs to win the game

My book's showing 76.0 goals as the target. That averages to 5.8 goals per game. Already, just by the amount of games on this eve, I'm looking at under. Having 13 games averaging 6 goals per game has a lot less probability than 3 or 4 games, and I don't think the few games I'm thinking will go over, will make up the difference.

So far, in terms of overs, I'm seeing OTT/BOS, FLA/BUF, WAS/PHI, TB/TOR, and possibly NYI/MTL.

In terms of unders, PHO/NJ (Brodeur wants his wins and SO record), NYR/NAS, SJ/STL, MIN/COL.

For the games in the mid:

PIT/CLS: PIT 6over/4under - CLS 6over/4under, game will depend on mason playing well.

CAL/DET: Both teams recently struggling, both been getting blown out last few games. CAL 5under/5over last 10 - DET 5over/5under. Think both will play defensively to reduce the chances of getting embarrased again.

CAR/DAL: CAR 6over/4under - DAL 3over/7under. Playing in Dallas, think it will be tight and low scoring.

ATL/EDM: ATL 7over/3under, EDM 6over/4under. Should be lots of shots, will depend on the goalies, leaning over.

Anyway, best of luck this eve, I'm out most of the night so won't get to see what happened till tomorrow morn =)

Well that was nice to pull through last night!!

Havn't looked at tonights card too much yet but will get that done soon and post my predictions for tonight. Hopefully we can keep the ball rolling.

i cant believe there is a salami forum this is great i bet the salami alot when i think its going under tonight my opinion is that it will go under its nice to hear what everybody else thinks i play on sportsinteraction and tonight it is 76.0 i hardly think there will be 70 scored anyways betting 500 paying back 935 any other thoughts .....the other team i put with the salami ona seperate bet was Boston thinkn they will win tonight!!

Looks like this will be a no play day for me. I was hoping the line was gonna be a little higher than 11. This Salami tonight really depends on which VAN/LA teams come out to play. I believe CHI/CLS should combine for 6 or 7, so I am leaning over, but just too close to call this eve for the other game.
