How is that Philly loss a push. Makes no sense, u get your money back since they didn't win in regution????

regulation money line (no spread) so yeah any tie at end of regulation is a push (even if philly wins in ot/shootout). As I say, I didn't mean to bet it. Will take it as a loss for record-keeping purposes though as that's how I posted it, I was just glad to see the stake end up back in my account lol

Couple good spots for upsets tonight I think. The Rangers are playing rough at the moment, and Columbus for some reason have gelled together since their #1 goalie went down. Minny played pretty decently last night in Anaheim and the Sharks couldn't put away the Islanders at home, which should get you banished from the league.
I like Carolina in Calgary tonight too, with a day of turmoil around the team after they fired their gm and assistant.

Strongest plays of the day imo are Montreal in Philly, and Boston in Edmonton. The Habs will be looking to get things straightened out after being embarrassed in their own barn by LA the other night and Briere will be pumped for his return to Philly. Boston has some players hurt or suspended but they're just too big and physical for the Oil imo.

Really like all these games tonight, Vancouver has won 5 straight and Edmonton will be bagged after last night. They really did put in a good effort against Boston but the early 3-0 hole was too deep to climb out of. Washington have won 3 straight and Ovy is on fire. Might not even be a bad play to take them in regulation but -128 is decent also. Pittsburgh is 7-2-1 in their last 10 and the Devils are, well, the Devils...lol

Like the Blues today, hopefully they learned their lesson in CLB the other night having to come back after a slow start. Took the Leafs here because in 2 prior matches with Pit this year they won one 4-1 and lost the other 6-5 after blowing a big 3rd period lead on a questionable Malkin goal. Malkin may not play tonight either, to add the the Pens injury issues. Leafs coming off a big (shocking) win against Chicago where Lupul got 4 points. Maybe they're hitting their stride?

I did hedge a few bucks on the Oilers +1.5 late when I had the other 3 parlay games locked up hoping to hit the middle (or at least secure a profit if Edmonton won somehow) but all in all was happy with the night. Also hit the salami under 66.5 but it wasn't up at the time I posted the game list.

There's a few games I like tonight. The Avs should handle the Oilers with no problem at home (famous last words...), and if there's ever a spot that the Redwings should be able to find a home win this is it. The Leafs have been playing like garbage and lost yet another centerman to injury in their last game.

As far as the prices go, I think StL has been lackluster as of late against some teams that they should have been able to handle. Montreal woke up after a slow start against Phoenix the other night for a good win at home. Also, Florida has been hot as of late and beat the Leafs at home fairly easily. Ottawa has been up and down like a yo-yo and looked pretty disjointed last night in an ugly loss to the Devils.

I really don't understand how FLA is +139 today...they've won 5 in a row and Winnipeg hasn't exactly been lighting it up. They only have 4 wins in their last 10 and are under .500 even in their home barn. Good enough for me to take a shot at this price.

The Rangers showed some life (finally) with a gutsy comeback in the 3rd against Pit the other night before falling in a shootout. Their cross-town rivals should be a good way to jumpstart the club. Isles have 1 win in their last 10 games...

Vancouver looked terrible last night in a loss to Dallas, with Luongo getting chased from the cage. Chicago should be able to push them around a bit tonight.

I'd watch out for the Florida-Winnipeg game.
Florida is playing the second half of a back-to-back travelling to Winnipeg.
Bogosian is back for the Jets, and Kane looks healthy.
Winnipeg should look for revenge after getting embarrassed by the Panthers last time 5-2.

Florida is playing well so it's a good price, but a little risky IMO
