Islanders has started really strong this season, however unfortunetly this will not continue, there team has improved, however against San Jose, which is much better team, they should not be able to keep the puck away from their NET.

Goalie Analysis: Jaroslav Halak has two wins, but he was very poor in Carolina game. He had really poor starts against Sharks last year as well and I don't think Islanders defense will be able to limit the shots total.

Colorado is bound to have a good offensive game. I believe tonight is the night when they will score at least 3 goals.
Colorado has huge history of scoring tons of goals on Ottawa and it comes suitly when Colorado have had some problems scoring.
They are playing 3 balanced top 1,2 and 3 lines with scoring power in each.

Goalie Analysis: Craig Anderson has started the season excellent. However Colorado is better in theory offensively then Nashville and Florida as he has played against. He's number against Colorado is also really bad and way below he's average.

So most books in Europe takes the regulation result except ML bets. Are your picks indicate for regular time or in general. I mean, if the games ends 2-2 and the team you bet >2,5 TT, won it as 3-2 after penalties, would you get the win or not? And any picks for tonight? I dont personally like betting hockey at NFL nights which can be very unpredictable but still if you got any picks, maybe I will bet peanuts on it. Thanks and have fun!

New York Islanders @ Boston Bruins: Boston Over 2.5 TT
Islanders started well and they are bound to have a couple of losses.
Boston is a great home team. 2.5 is a bit juicy but I believe it will hit 80%.
Travis Hamonic is not going to play for Islanders and he is Islanders top shutdown guy.
Players with good stats against Islanders are:
Marchand, Krejci, Hamilton, Eriksson, Lucic, Bergeron, Smith, Spooner, Chara
Goalie Analysis: Johnson didn't look good in the only start this season against Carolina, and Carolina is horrible this year.
He was kinda good in Boston, but then Boston is a fantastic defensive team...

Boston has lost Chara, he is key to have in the defense, as he logs 22-25 minutes a game. With the current defensive lineup, Boston looks like a different team.
Toronto generally can score goals, also they manage to do so on Boston, with Chara in the lineup.
Losing Boychuck earlier this season has really hurt them.
Goalie Analysis:
Rask is a great goalie, however he is no dominik hasek. Toroto at home, will be too much to handle.
He hasn't had a good start of the season.

St Louis had a good game against Chicago, and I think they will start a streak with that W.
Dallas is highly entertaining team to watch, but they are leaking goals however.
The fact that Stastny is injuried is a big minus, however I think they will manage to score 3 in this games due to Dallas poor defense.
Goalie Analysis: Kari Lehtonen in goal. He can shutdown any team, however he has started to show his age and injuries, so not expecting him to hit the form he once had.

* Detroit has two full lines now with Pavel back in the lineup.
* They have had a 3 day rest and their older players should have tons of energy in this game.
* It's a shame Franzen is not playing tonight for the Wings as he is good against Washington.
* Detroit has had quite a good history against Trotz coaching style, playing Nashville quite a lot, and Washington don't have the Defensive lineup Nashville had.
Goalie Analysis:
Holtby has been up and down this season. Generally he plays quite poorly against Detroit. He's a bit worried, because when he looks good he looks really good.
