Leans for tonight are the Ducks @ +124 in Boston, Phoenix at home in regulation even though they are starting Thomas Greiss. I dont' believe the Sabres should be +174 dogs vs NYR tonight either. Am I missing something boys?

I've had good LUCK betting on the ducks when they are dogs this year, I may join you on this one, haven't decided yet. NYR seem to have found some life lately with the return of some key players, the end of their outrageous road trip to start the season, and the 1 billion dollar reno to their home stadium. The Sabres seriously stink still. That being said, the Rangers aren't exactly proven to be good yet, and I totally agree +174 is too much (I was thinking +150 before I saw the odds). Haven't done any research on Nashville vs. coyotes, but coyotes in regulation has been a good bet on a fair number of their games!

Thanks Greaser. I agree the Rangers have found life, but Buffalo scored some goals last game with the addition of Matt Moulson. Not saying he's behind everything but he scored a couple IIRC. Nashville's had 4 or 5 days rest but Renne is still out. I'm tempted to take BUF/NYR Over 5 at +$ just because the world is on the under. Just because these 2 sh*t teams don't score against better opponents doesn't mean they won't score on each other.
LOL, and yes, I figured somebody would ask about ASOIAF at some point. Yes, that is the three headed dragon of House Targaryen on my avatar. I fukkin love everything about ASOIAF.

Stinker of a night boys. Feel like I got a little bit cute with the Buffalo pick. Didn't expect Nashville to start the game 3-0 like they did. Should have seen it coming with their 5 days rest though, pretty upset with myself. So of course the yotes roar back and take it in the SO. Unfortunate Anaheim couldn't hold onto the win in Boston as well. Back to basics today boys, no taking shots today, gonna try and find a few winners.Comment -

Been looking at a few games today and hopefully I can turn it around after last night's sh*tfest.
I really like Detroit @ Calgary today. Detroit seemed to get it together a little after that run at home when they went 0-2-2 by winning in Vancouver the other night. My buddy is a huge Wings fan and said that was arguably their best defensive effort of the year, and I look for them to continue with that focused style of play tonight. Joey MacDonald hasn't been convincing for me this year and he is starting for the Flames tonight. I took them for a unit each on the ML and regulation.
I like St. Louis to continue rolling tonight in Florida. They are starting their backup Brian Elliott but I am comfortable with him. I believe Florida had something like 19 shots the first time these 2 met this season in Blues 7-0 win. Markstrom in net for the Panthers. Couldn't take the ML as it was too juiced so I went with the regulation line.
I also like continuing to fade the Hurricanes tonight as long as their goaltending woes continue. Ben Bishop confirmed for TB and Justin Peters for Carolina. I'm hoping Tampa comes out with a better effort after losing to New Jersey their last time out.

Came across a few more I like. I think the Away Goals is a good spot at +$ and I like the over between the Islanders and Sens. I can see Ottawa coming out hard tonight scoring lots and with Robin Lehner in net for the Sens, NYI may get their fair share too.

Thanks Rainman. Yeah I saw it sitting there and realized all my picks were visitors and took a closer look. Yeah it's a good one, I play at pinnacle. They don't have reverse regulation lines though so I may have to sign up somewhere that does after seeing the nice wins you get with them.

Another big card today... lots of games, lets get to it.
I like Chicago this afternoon as Winnipeg is returning from a 4 game road trip where they went 1-3. I don't believe this Jet's team is good as they've only won 5 games this year, with only the notable one vs. LA at home. They also beat St. Louis in OT, but STL was on the second half of a back to back. I can see there being lots of goals scored in this one as well but dont' know if I'll play the over yet...
Although the Ducks are injured they're still finding ways to win on the road. Their schedule hasn't been overly excruciating having played pretty much every other night for the last week. They're coming off a tough loss to Boston where they gave up the lead with 3 mins left in the game to lose in OT. I think they look to turn it around tonight and won't be taking Buffalo lightly. Jhonas Enroth likely in net for Buffalo today.
San Jose coming home tonight after a tough OT loss in Los Angeles 3 nights ago. They should be rested and ready to go. I don't like them to lose 2 games in a row so I expect a good effort from them tonight as well.
The Leafs wrap up their 3 game western swing in Vancouver tonight. I like the Leafs ML at +$ tonight as they've been playing very good hockey.
Pittsburgh and Columbus back at it today. Columbus starting Curtis McElhinney today. I expect a better effort from Columbus today, but I still think Pittsburgh will score lots. Like their TT Over even though it's juiced.

I like the Wings to keep rolling when they visit Winnipeg tonight. Winnipeg is only 3-5-1 at home and have lost 3 in a row overall. Detroit on the other hand has been playing great hockey on their 4 game Canadian road trip winning the first 3 so far. I can see Winnipeg tightening up defensively and keeping this a low scoring type affair, but I like the Wings tonight. I'm taking a shot with the regulation line at pretty nice +$.
