It's not a rule to not disclose actual dollar amounts, I just don't see the need. Typically a "unit" is 3-5% of your bank-roll...at least that's how I do it.

right...so if your BR (bank-roll) is 100 bucks, your "unit" might be $3-$5, if its $1k, a "unit" might be $30-$50, etc.

i actually took leafs +1.5 @ -145 tonight. there hasnt been a single game where they get blown out so ill stick with them +1.5 as dogs until they are fade material.

Any thoughts on this matchup DAL/CHI??? History says under but my thinking is over 5.5. DAL is giving up more shots on goal every night and with CHI OFF clicking... Stars even got day off yesterday due to plane delay (fresher legs for old guys).

Lehtonen is 6-1 vs Chicago since joining Dallas and is out to prove he's one of the best goalies in the west. I see him stealing one for Dallas tonight. Hawks are due for a road loss.
