The issue is that your stars are not scoring (h sedin, d sedin, higgens, hansen, raymond 0 goals each). Luongo has played well. the issue is more that your star players aren't scoring goals than goaltending.

Edler lost you game 2 not Luongo. If he's gonna pinch with guy right in his face, he has to dump puck in deep in corner. can't shoot right into guy in front of you bc he will block it, and it will be 2-on-1 other way. Dont' believe me? watch what happened. pinching is risky. if you cant get shot through, than you have to dump it in corner. can't expose yourself to 2-on-1's like that. way too easy. i dont blame luongo for that game. i blame Edler for making terrible pinch and giving up 2on1.

i don't mind pinching. but you have to pinch right. if you got a guy in your face and he's gonna easily block your shot, you can't shoot right into him (unless you want the other team to have 2on1 or breakaway). you have to dump the puck in deep instead. wasn't the pinch that was the problem; it was the decision to shoot right into a guy in position to block instead of dump puck in deep. if he dumps that puck in corner, no problem. shoot it? 2on1 the other way.

Sedins are too branded now it doesn't even matter. If they're tripped legitly they're either called for diving or the ref ignores it.

It is sad all of the hate these guys endure because off the ice they're amazing human beings. They both donated a million bucks to Vancouver's children's hospital. Really puts other players 10-50k donations to shame. If they weren't twins they wouldn't be as easy targets.

Hockey wise they're on the decline badly now though. I'm sick of their grinding down low shit and they are slow as fcuk.

better to go out early than late. losing in finals hurts. getting swept in 1st round embarrassing, but 2011 probably hurt a lot worse blowing 2-0 finals lead and losing game 7 at home. the closer you get, the more it hurts when you lose.
