If you tease games with low totals you will most likely win, but you will not be making a killing. It is not that smart to tease the games with the higher totals even if they go through the key numbers.

Can also partake in open teasers at some of these books which can be helpful.

Last year was a good year for these teasers (I only look at teasing dogs, I don't mess with teasing favs down)

And I 100% agree with lts statement about one wanting the market to be efficient with teasers.

Usually the totals do not matter if you are teasing the favs...and there are certain times when teasing the favs is better

I meant waiting as long as possible until the line has matured as opposed to straight betting, where you should bet NFL as early as possible in an attempt to beat the close.

Today's games sure don't validate this hypothesis!

i used 5D shading against them handful of times last year, going -3 to +3, had good success. i planned on playing more 2 tm teasers this season. good thread, thanks.
