Best Place to Get Line Movement, public consensus, etc. Info.?

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this, but I am looking for a fairly good website (other than this one) that is inexpensive or better yet free that has information from several books about public betting percentage and line movement history etc. I looked into sportsinsights.com and signed up for the free trial and liked it but $250.00 a month is def. outta my price range. Is there even a website that offers this information that doesn't cost you an arm and a leg ? This may not be possible but thought I would try to get some suggestions or recommendations of what some people may be using. Would appreciate the feedback. Thanks !
