NHL 3 way lines and overtime frequencies...

I see that the lines are much small for the 3-way lines in NHL. You will get a -190 favorite at -110 in a 3-way line. This of course wont include the overtime. The team has to win in regulation time.

My question is what is the overtime frequency in NHL i.e What percentage of the games go overtime?

Second question, does the 3-way line offer more value compared to full-time line considering the overtime frequency?

Any inputs are highly appreciated. Thanks.
