freeplay strategy only allowed on sides?

is there a way to get value from a freeplay with only wagers allowed on sides and totals, no moneylines, teasers, parlays or buying points

NHL puckline or MLB runline?

If those aren't allowed, something like an NFL -3 +130 is probably the best you can do.
