BetExplorer has past odds from soccer, although be careful to doublecheck those with a different source as there are some errors. They take the average line from multiple books and there are some cases where one book messed up and put the decimal point in the wrong place, which skews the odds a lot. (Although really that's true of any line history site, you should always doublecheck with a different source.)
