I love Decimal pricing. I think it's so much easier to think in terms of a $100 base risk.
If your lay is a favorite (with a minus in front): DECIMAL = (100+120)/120 = 220/120 = 11/6 = 1.83.
...If you are playing a Dog (w/ a plus in front): DECIMAL = Dog/100 + 1.00.
...So a +150 Dog would be 150/100 + 1.00 = 2.50.
