Does anyone know how I can access Circa's odds without using the donbest or spankodds panel? In the NBA, which would be the sharpest houses for player props?

A few places you can get Circa odds for free
1) Circa Sports Colorado Mobile App. You neednt be in Colorado when viewing odds, Inly when looking to place a bet. You can't have Dev mode active on Android. You cannot view any Circa odds on their website. The Circa Nevada app hasn't been functional in a long time (maybe it is now).
2) For more programmatic access, try vsin.com Vegas Odds . Pick sport and line type (FG/1H/P1/F5, ML/Spread/Total). A bunch of Vegas books are listed in addition to Circa. Southpoint (Superbook) is probably the next sharpest.

3) For the best free odds aggregator, use Betstamp. There's a mobile app, but if you want to view odds for all books/all types, and be able to extract the values, use the website. You'll need to create a free account to see anything. View the JSON that's loaded to get the odds in text/bulk. They have a ton of books, including offshore ones (Pinny, Matchbook, Proline+ etc). They don't have LowVig/Betonline, Bookmaker/Cris, Superbook/Southpoint

For Big 4/NCAAB/NCAAF player props, the sharpest books are probably FanDuel and Draftkings. Yes, really. The sharp books either don't have player props at all (Circa) it don't really take many bets, and don't have tight spreads (Pinny, Cris). Fanduel and Draftkings have been taking huge volume on Player props since the DFS days, and thus do a better job with accurate odds. However their vig is ridiculously high, like everywhere else
