College basketball, if you can beat it, will always be the most profitable with the amount of games. Baseball is second. I find college football totals to be the easiest to beat.

Soccer, because most games have the line set at 2.5 goals.

I agree with waterstub ... if you are locked in and play sparingly, NCAA hoops. Next, MLB

Baseball for me. My strategy for 2019 was:

Let the season run April-May and then see what the over/under trends are. I then play the top 3 teams covering the over damn near every game for the season. Of course I might miss a game if the opposition pitcher is on fire or someone sitting outside the lineup but really try to go at it everyday. Could be wrong, could be right. For me, just simplified the process and something I wanted to try and it was profitable.

                2019: 181-165 for +14.65 units

College hoops similar methodology with possessions per team calculated.

                2019-2020: 104-91-5 for +12.75 units

Not enough games for college football/nfl for me to see any trends. Lost money on over/unders in college but chased in NFL and one game and made a profit... over 40.5 Colts/Saints. Saints won 34-7.

                College: 33-42-1: -9 units approximately
                PRO: 19-20-: +2.5 units

Would have to be soccer, because they have the most games and some of the highest limits.

Defo esports. Especially CS:GO but its hard to beat pinnacle long term and you need to have a live stream and cant do mistakes(even 1 matters a lot). Also if you have some soft/slow bookies like bet365, esport only bookies etc its very easy money. But they limit fast too. I used to do it on pinnacle and was 2x harder than using soft bookie which is true with everything else. Also, because esport land is quite fast to change, you need to adapt quickly also. For one competition one trend/method works, for other it fails. But once you find your edge, its very doable and so called easy money.

Unders on third-grade tennis does the trick for me, it pays good, although of course it's one of the less predictable ones

Soccer overs if you can spot the value correctly.

Soccer overs when you find attacking minded manager then bet on over. Example Bayern Munchen.

This especially works in UEFA Champions League group stage games when 2 attacking teams play.

Similar world championship in soccer especially now with VAR that awards at least 20% more penalties.

But yeah, watch the trend or wait first 20 minutes of live game then do live betting on over.

I would say Soccer because of the amount of games going 24/7 365.....There are literally 1200-1500 soccer games you can bet on during the weekends at the height of soccer season.

Baseball second not just because of MLB but KBO and Japanese Baseball as well. Thats about 8500 games per year.

NCAAB 3rd because of the number schools but the season is shorter.
