Best Website For Scraping Live Lines/Odd's?

Looking for a website that would be good for scraping live, in-game lines/odds across all active games at various points in time throughout the day or game. I am interested in this capability for all leagues and if the best option comes at a cost, so be it, would be interested in knowing what service is best for high fidelity data in this regard.

Plenty of paid options but SBRodds does a pretty stand up job considering it's free. The problem is not with the line services themselves but rather how books give out their info. Some books give it up freely, some on delay, and others don't do it at all. The good line services still manage to get this third category by scraping the data off their webpages but the problem is when a website changes up its code, it goes offline for awhile.
