Anyone know if the records all these handicappers are posting are reliable/trustworthy? How does one go about choosing his pick provider???

99.9% are coinflippers.

The remaining will stop offering picks as soon as they build up a bankroll.

Don't even think about giving any of these charlatans your hard-earned money, brother. If they were actually profitable they wouldn't need to sell picks in the first place.
