Hi, I'm a model builder and I am working to simulate the National Football League. It seems there are a number of ways to build an American Football computer program but I am probably going to try and start with a set of equations. Other than using scores, is there other data which works well?

    Thanks!

good to see ya in here dutchman

i dont know the first thing about building models but id love to talk football with ya anytime

and if you like baseball, i run a thread called Positive Energy Parlay where a group of us like to discuss games and then come a parlay that the group will take... we are 1-4 but 9-4 in str8 plays, if u prefer that route..

anyways, if u are not into that, ill be paying attn to you come football season..

In the NFL, home field and injuries are important factors

What other models have you built?

Got HFA, still trying to get a grip on injuries.

NBA and WNBA (just finished). NBA do well early in season, do poorly late in season.
