Any know how to calculate run projections into odds. Say team a is projected to score 4.8 and team b is projected to score 4.2. what would a fair price be in mlb?

Maybe I am over simplifying it but if you have run projections can't you just imply the 4.8 team has 53.33% probability of winning and convert that to no-vig odds of -114/+114 ?
