market maker feature in matchbook

could someone that knows, please tell me; when on the market maker feature in matchbook, there's a box that one must fill in order to create odds that says "base Value", what exactly should you type there...like a reference odd ???

Base value is the no-vig line of that side in that particular market.

so pretty much it means the "true odd"; say an outcome has a 55% probability then the true odd is -122....so the base value should be -122 ?
