    NHL series
Having a brain fart here, but does anyone analyze game 1 lines when they want to bet a series?

    i.e. Want to bet Pit,

right now to win series -105
    but game one +115
essentially there is a 53.5% chance you will get a better line if they lose game 1 (let's call it +150 if they are down 1-0)
or a 46.5% chance you get a worse line if they win game 1 (likely be -140 or so)

how do we evaluate when to wait and when to bet it depending on game 1 line?

The thought here is you think they win series regardless of game 1 outcome

      I think is complicated...

hoping someone smart enough can figure it out.

to further add some data, Pens +175 series after losing G1, another bet that could compare is Pens to win G2 and series is +220

Pens looking good in series and now Orpik is out on the suspension, Maanta is out for Pens but i think it is a bigger loss for Wash
