I understand what you are trying to do in this thread but this is a bit of a poor example. While there may be sharps on this line so is the public as a decent sampling indicates that two thirds of the tickets written on this game are on Indiana.

You might think you are going with "sharps," and you may very well be, but you are also going with the public.

The movement itself is not necessarily indicative of sharp play, so I would hope you have handicapped this game, and that you are a "sharp" handicapper.

Otherwise, you may just be Joe Public who bought a steam play at the end of all the value, essentially getting the worst of it. Sure, this play may win, but over the long and short term, the books love guys like you.

Here, this may help. This thread needs some explanations. But more importantly it needs some wisdom on this topic from a winning gambler...
