Could someone help me find this baseball stat?

Can someone help me find a correlation between baseball totals and games ending by exactly 1 run? For example do games with a total of 8 or less have a higher rate of 1 run games? I would also like to now how to search such a thing. I really suck at computer stuff so any help is much appreciated.

i have no idea, i assume you are trying to find out if small totals have alot of 4-3, 3-2 type games.
Are you trying to figure out if it is valuable in the long term to play +1.5 on dogs in small total games?

Yes, the lower the total the higher the percentage of the games ending by exactly 1 run.

Looking at 2008 only, there were 299 games that had a posted total of 7.5 or less, and a whopping 34.1% of those (102) were 1-run games.
