Team Lineups

I was wondering if there is any free way to get latest team lineups (and injury) info for upcoming game(s)? Is there any sites that list up to a minute (though seconds is preferable) changes?

i find the fantasy sites (kffl, rotoworld, etc, etc) very useful, actually.

Actually for a few of them: NFL,NBA, NCAAF,NCAAB,NHL,MLB,AFL.
