But changing rule for kickers would probably have bigger impact and put more emphasis on them, i.e., affect draftboards. So not fair for such major change at this late stage when many of us have been mocking under our current rules. I took away point last year (or was it two years ago?) for FGs 40-49, but if guys now want -1 for misses to, it would have to start next year.

Well, , if we start deducting for missed kicks, the more accurate kickers would start turning up around round 12-13 instead of the last two rounds because there would be a bigger discrepancy between the best and the worst. It would mark a bigger change than you think. That said, I am not against putting the rule in NEXT year.
