Fan Duel grading question last night
In the H2H bet last night I played Maxey to score more points than Brunson. They both scored 26 points so it was a tie. I figured my wager would be voided because there was NO TIE option wasn't listed on the betting menu but they graded it as a loss.

    FanDuel’s approach
FanDuel’s Sportsbook House Rules and general betting practices follow standard sportsbook logic:
    • If the market does not include a “tie” option, and the scores are equal, the bet is typically graded as a push (no action) and your stake is returned BetMGM.
    • If the market does include a “tie” option, and you bet on that, you win.
    • FanDuel reserves the right to amend rules, so you should check the specific event’s terms before betting FanDuel.
I'm hoping they change it but so far they haven't. I did talk thru chat and they said they would look into it.

Do you think it is correct to grade it as a loss?

Based on what you describe it would be a clear grading error.

They haven't changed it yet and it's been about 2 hours after I chatted with someone there. They said they would e-mail in a few minutes but never did. We'll see, I guess.

I would definitely think their wrong because no matter who you took and it's a tie ,which happened, they would win on both sides.

There must be something we are missing. Surely there would have been plenty of people on that market on both sides who would be complaining.

If you would like to PM me your state, account id and the bet id SBR can reach out to a manager to get this looked at again for you.

Thank you for offering to do that. They wrote me back saying the bet was for Maxey to score more points than Brunson and it was a tie so it was graded as a loss. The trouble for me was in a tie, the book would win all bets no matter what player was bet on.
I saw another boost the next day in the Wnba with Buekers and Clark ( I think it was Clark) and it was a tie so they would have won on both players again. They may have stopped offering that play because I haven't seen it listed since. This was the bet---

Tyrese Maxey to Score More Points than Jalen Brunson
            -125
            HEAD TO HEAD
Philadelphia 76ers @ New York Knicks

It definitely should have been graded as a push but it wasn't a big bet, under $20 so I'll just take the loss but thanks again for trying to help me..
