Bottom line I ain't sending them my financial information over this as they TBH are not that special of a book....So be careful with FanDual as the Customer Service is level one and very unprofessional and unreasonable requests.

I have been told before that books consider asking for bonuses too often or aggressively as a sign of gambling problems, but it does sound like you have hit the wrong person.

Unfortunately once they decide you need to be assessed there really is no road back without fulfilling the SoW request

You could appeal to the state licensor but in my experience it wont help with this sort of problem.

100% I got that feel too dude named Cooper. I asked for his managers contact info but he refused. Asking for a Comp once every 6 months w decent volume not out of line IMO.
