    Refuse to Reimburse
    I tried to make a deposit and it was cancelled. The money came out of my bank account but was never credited anything at Fanatics. I’ve contacted support numerous times only for them to tell me to check with my bank. The issue was on your end not mine. I’m ready to file a complaint with the gaming commission as Fanatics doesn’t seem interested in solving the issue. Figured I’d reach out here first to see if anyone can help.

    PS- Received an email stating deposit $100 and get up to $20 Fancash. I proceed to make the deposit and of course I’m never credited with the $20 Fancash .

    Don’t understand how I’m not getting these issues resolved when I’m sending Fanatics the email of the failed deposit, bank statement of the charge.

    Tried to resolve $20 Fancash issue as I have the email also but I never get anywhere with support besides wasting my time.
    Does Fanatics have a phone number where I can actually talk to someone.

    Otherwise, Fanatics offer a live telephone conference informal dispute resolution procedure. But it requires sending a hard copy letter to get started. if you want those details let me know too.
