DraftKings Predictions is Fliff 2.0

I'm confused by DraftKings predictions. I was under the assumption that this was going to be an exchange. However, it doesn't actually offer the ability to create orders, adjust odds, etc. It's basically a sweepstakes sportsbook with worse odds than their actual sportsbook. For example, the DraftKings sportsbook has +145 ML for the Bulls, while DraftKings predictions has +133. Heck, Fliff has +150 on the Bulls. I'm not sure I understand the value proposition here other then an immense amount of marketing dollars to attract players.

It never claimed to be an exchange. The operator provides liquidity.

Its also not a sweepstakes model or anything like Fliff.

Havent tried it but if Bulls were bad odds, were Hawks good odds? Need to know both sides to judge value and spread/hold.
