I entered a team in an NHL contest tonight. Did that early this afternoon. I went to enter another team and reserved it. When I went to actual submit that team it said the contest was full. That was weird but of course they didn't give me my money back. So I contacted support. They were nice, gave me a refund but deleted my original team in the process! Went back and forth a few times with support, had to deal with idiots first. But they are telling me it wasn't a guaranteed contest, but I know it filled up. Then was told they couldn't confirm my geolocation blah blah. Just making up excuses. They screwed up and refuse to admit it.
