I know historically Philly owns the NYG.... Philly won str8 up 7 of the last 8 also covering ATS. I just don't like Philly's O-line situation. Vick will be running all night (9 sacks so far this season). Good thing he's good at that
. Might work for them also w/ Vick's speed. Also, the NYG's have their own problems injury wise on their D. Other things I saw but can't recall off hand without looking it up.

I don't feel real strong on these plays but felt I needed some action on this game. Chicago offense has been nothing but terrible to start the year. Other than last week, Cutler has been terrible. Throwing more INTs than TDs this year (6 INTs 3 TDs) and just not getting any time to throw the ball has wreaked havoc in their backfield. Doesn't help that Forte was out injured (although may possibly play Monday night) and also his replacement Bush has a bum shoulder from last week's game. What does past history tell us? Remarkably Chicago has done very well on MNF. 7-2 in their L9, 4-2 on the road. Dallas has played Chicago only once on MNF... they lost in 1996. Romo has a decent record at 4-2 and Dallas has won 4 out of their last 5 MNF games, averaging 53 pts scored by Dallas and their opponents. Most of those games were close except for one, vs Carolina '08.

Expect the coaches to have a game plan through the air and take advantage of Dallas' problems in the secondary, Church out, along with Spencer out at LB w/ Ware slightly banged up but expected to play. I expect them to mix things up with the run and hopefully a ton of play action. If there's a weakness in this talented Dallas defense, it'll be through running the ball first. Defensively Chicago is one of the top teams against the run. Just 76 yds/g ave (4th) against the run while posting 203 yds/g (7th) through the air, ranked 5th overall total defense. Dallas is averaging 113 yds/g (17th) against the run, 137 yds/g passing (1st) and 1st overall total defense.
FB Rodriguez being out for Chicago is bad news since he has been very active as an added blocker vs the rush. I expect a few turnovers and some may be key for additional scoring for both teams. Chicago is averaging tied for 1st in takeaways per game @ 3. Interestingly they are last @ 2 for giving up INTs. Dallas has the highest amt of ave penalties at over 10 per game. Chicago has the highest amt of sacks/g @ 4.7 while Dallas is middle of the pack @ 2.3.
Line opened at 45 for the total and has since dropped to 41.5 in most places. Books are begging for Over betters it seems. Considering that Dallas has yet to have a game go over all year and Chicago is 2-1 on the under, it seems likely that Under is the play. Last 2 times they played each other the line settled at 41 and both times it went over. Over is 6-1 in Bears last 7 games following a ATS win. Over is 5-1 in Bears last 6 games in Week 4.
Many experts are picking Dallas and also the under. Going against both. Not many solid facts to back my plays so perhaps I'm going w/ my gut feeling or some sub-conscious decision. Looking at a possible back and forth type of game with Chicago coming out ahead with a squeeker, 26-20 type of game. BoL w/ your MNF plays!
