great question bro...what I try to do is eliminate the games I know that I have no interest in...this usually leaves me around 15 games to handicap and I eventually come up with my seven plays from that list...like you said, it can be hard sometimes, but that's how I try to do it...hope this helps...

Cal -9.5 - ASU stinks on the road in CA
Ohio St -2.5 - Wisconsin has to be hungover and Ohio St dominates the B10
Ore St +11.5 - Utah -6.5 is what I think the line should be
