Why did Cincy move 3 points overnight?

I was thinking of betting Cincy at -3, but now I am not sure I should touch it at a pick 'em.

i have a buddy who bet on all rutgers games.. he is 10-0 on the season going for or against them.. he has rutgers +3 today

Rutgers is not a bad team at home..They are a 6-2 team..Dodd to Sanu can do damage to Cinci's secondary..They are bad against the pass
