And even though that is opposite. Both teasers can win in a game like this

betting on an under in a home game for oregon is just pure madness

oregon's pace will often lead them to have 13-16+ possessions in a game, if they score on just 40% of those possessions, they're gonna score 45 points. That's the problem with taking an under on Oregon

Not to mention, on top of Oregon scoring themselves, they will often be up big in a game late allowing the opposing team to score a couple meaningless TDs

I think you're absolutely right. Kind of went on a blind tale for this one

Well, it ended up a 2-1 night for the CFB picks. Lost with Cal, who did have a golden opportunity early in the fourth quarter to get within the number, but of course bad teams normally do not excel when they absolutely have to get the job done. Won with the 'under', lost with Cal, won with the teaser Cal and 'under' Hats off to BrahmaBull, who correctly called Oregon as the play. A little interesting with Cal leading at the half, but that is why they play four quarters and nine innings and 60 minutes.

I enjoyed this thread again this week and look forward to setting a new one up soon - no later than Sunday late afternoon. I do appreciate all of the insite all of you have provided. I think as a team we are fine tuning our handicapping skills by discussing all the aspects WHY we are making a given a play. After 18-years I can tell you the WHY part and then the post game results will strengthen everyone's handicapping skills and wisdom.
